It’s been a busy couple of months but the highlight was attendance at the CanSec show.  While we were at the Cartier Drill Hall we still managed to see many of our friends and we hope made some new ones.

It looks positive for the addition of 3 new dealers to our existing dealer network.  Levitt Safety has agreed to represent us to police departments, Nugun Wholesale is going to rep for us in BC and SecurIntel Solutions will be promoting our products in the far east.

We don’t have any shows planned for the next couple of months but as always will be at the Eganville show in August.

Lots happening in the training area but more on that later.    Smith Falls ran an excellent match June 12 with 12 teams competing to raise money for families of veterans who lost their lives in the current conflict.

Hat’s off to Dave Morton and all who helped to put on an excellent match.  Still don’t know how they integrated all the scores.

Despite all the gloom and doom that has been spread around it has been a good year for Burke’s Gun Oil. Dealers have been reordering on a consistent basis, consumer sales through the online store continue to increase and our regular users continue to use and promote the product.

I think the main reason for our growth is the fact that we have an excellent product that meets and exceeds our claims. Those who use our oil tell us they have never found a better one.

The Canadian Military’s Secret Weapon:

I know that is a little far fetched but our military sales have been increasing year by year and again it has to be because of the product. This year we have had sales to the Navy on both coasts. Our oil performs well in marine environments and prevents salt corrosion, keeping the navy’s machine guns working.

We have also made some bulk sales to operational divisions and continue to supply some of the specialty requirements for various sectors.

We also have a NATO ordering number posted on our site.

Dealers can now order directly on line at the wholesale price. Dealers just need to obtain the access codes from us and the entire wholesale pricing structure is available to them.
